RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If your order is incorrect or faulty, we will do our best to rectify the situation; provided that you contact us within 14 days from date of delivery. As you are purchasing the secret, returns are only accepted on a case by case basis whereby the magic trick must be in its original packaging and/or condition. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. A refund receipt will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed.
If you wish to exchange a magic trick on the basis that it is the incorrect item ordered or faulty, we will be more than happy to assist you. Online purchases may be exchanged for items of equal or less value. If an item of less value is selected, we will place the difference on an e-voucher. Alternatively, we are happy will refund the difference (if requested).
