RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy, and will not accept returns or offer a refund after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that it was received.

Items will only be replaced if faulty, and not due to change of mind.

Magic tricks are bought with the proviso that you are also purchasing the secret and training guide to the trick. This comes with expectations that you will not reveal the secret to others.

Card decks are exempt from being returned if the wrapping or seal has been opened.

Completing a return:
To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

There may be occasions where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
For example books with obvious signs of use

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund in a timely manner, first check your bank account or your credit card company as the refund may be delayed by internal processing.
There is often some processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (with the exception of bundles)

Exchanges or Returns (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return or exchange it for the same item, email us at info@alessimagic.com.au then post your product in secure packaging to:

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due the item being faulty, the cost of return shipping (normal post) will be added to your refund.

It may take some time for your exchange to take place due to postal delays in receipt and returns of the item.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
